Houndslake Water Hounds start their aquatic season in June and is open to all adults. This low to moderate intensity workout uses the resistance of water to work all the major muscle groups for increased flexibility and strength.

This new membership includes ALL of the privileges afforded a Social Member at Houndslake Country Club for pool season.
